Something isn’t working?

Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened. Include your iPhone model and iOS version if you can. Please don’t send passwords or sign-in codes.

Report an event

Open the event in the app and use its report option to flag misleading information, spam or unsafe content. If you can’t use the app, email us the event’s share link and explain the issue.

Posting and review

Your first event and events with paid entry need review before appearing on the map. You can check the status in My events. Read our posting guidelines before submitting.

Delete your account

Open Account in the app and choose Delete account. The app explains what is removed and asks you to confirm. If you can’t access your account, email us from your sign-in address.

Your data

Our privacy policy explains what we collect, how we use it and how to contact us about your data.

Tickets and bookings

Mappening helps you discover events. Ticket purchases and bookings happen on the organiser’s website. Contact the organiser or ticket provider about an existing booking or refund.
